This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Reach out to prospective clients via outbound cold calls and emails.
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Evaluate leads generated from marketing initiatives as potential sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate leadership, effective sales strategy, and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers in a positive manner.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Collaborate effectively across various sales teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security's product offerings.
• 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.
• Fluency in German is essential.
• Experience in roles such as Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar position (less experience may be considered for the right candidate).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer pain points, needs, and align potential business solutions with value.
• Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple requests and time constraints simultaneously while meeting production goals for assigned territories or accounts.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
• Drive, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to compete and succeed.
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
