This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach aimed at logistics decision-makers.
• Identify and assess potential clients in the freight, supply chain, and e-commerce sectors.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Arrange discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Clearly articulate the company's logistics solutions and their value proposition.
• Keep precise records of outreach efforts and pipeline activities within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies.
• Remain informed about logistics trends, shipping challenges, and industry terminology.
• Recent experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation is required (within the last 2 years).
• 1–3+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or outbound sales position.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations (e.g., freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, warehousing).
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing lead generation or booking targets.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in handling objections.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and managing high-volume activities.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
