This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, in both German and English.
• Identify and assess potential clients within the DACH region.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Create customized outreach strategies that reflect the nuances of the regional market.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Diligently track activities and manage leads through CRM systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and targeting efforts.
• Continuously surpass KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Outbound Sales.
• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) along with strong communication skills in English.
• Established experience in targeting or selling to DACH markets.
• A solid track record of achieving or exceeding outbound sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
• Exceptional communication, objection-handling, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and driven by results.
• Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
