This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Actively seek out and investigate potential customers within the target market using various methods, such as cold calling, outbound prospecting, and social media.
• Interact with leads to evaluate their needs, challenges, and compatibility with the company's offerings. Conduct in-depth qualification and discovery discussions to grasp their requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Initiate communication through tailored and engaging messages across phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them towards the appropriate document workflow solution by building relationships at all levels within the customer's organization.
• Anticipate and address objections throughout the sales process, providing clear and concise responses that highlight the advantages of the platform.
• Proficiency in German.
• English language skills at B1-B2 level.
• Prior experience in sales or customer support is considered a valuable asset.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
