• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted industries and accounts in the French market.
• Engage in outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Interact with prospects to discern their business needs, challenges, and objectives, while effectively conveying the value proposition of our products/services.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and implement strategic outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies aimed at enhancing engagement and conversion.
• Keep accurate and current records of all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.
• Work in conjunction with marketing to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, utilizing marketing materials to bolster outreach efforts.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline development.
• Previous experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding targets and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced, results-oriented sales environment.
• Strong skills in prospecting and cold calling, with the ability to effectively engage and establish rapport with prospects via phone and email.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
• Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) is advantageous.
• Native proficiency in French and fluency in English (both written and verbal), accompanied by outstanding communication skills.
