This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Reach out to potential clients via outbound cold calls and emails.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
• Exhibit leadership skills, effective sales planning, and collaborate positively with both internal teams and external customers.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate effectively across different sales teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Abnormal Security product portfolio.
• 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.
• Proficiency in French is essential.
• Previous experience as a Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar position (less experience is acceptable for the right candidate).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer pain points and requirements, correlating them with potential business value.
• Strong, professional communication skills, encompassing written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and time constraints simultaneously while meeting production goals from a designated territory or set of accounts.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.

• Drive, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset: a strong desire to compete and succeed.
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience is preferred.
