This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Perform extensive outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and evaluate B2B leads, concentrating on decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Engage with prospects in both English and French, customizing messages for different markets.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records of outreach and pipeline activities in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance targeting strategies and messaging.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline generation.
• Conduct research on target accounts and industries to personalize outreach and boost conversion rates.
• 3–4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a comparable outbound sales role.
• Proven experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and French.
• Track record of success in cold outreach, lead generation, and building a pipeline.
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Experience selling in international markets is an advantage.
