This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• A results-oriented and highly driven Sales Development Representative (with French) possessing a robust background in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and sales engagement.
• Demonstrated capability to generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach initiatives.
• Experienced in utilizing advanced sales technologies to enhance efficiency and boost conversion rates.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative/Sales Development Representative role (outbound sales) within a dynamic, high-growth company.
• A strong history of meeting and surpassing quotas in lead generation and pipeline contributions.
• Ability to tailor messaging to suit various buyer personas in both enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Cold Calling & Outbound Sales: Proficient in high-volume cold calling utilizing a consultative sales approach.
• Sales Engagement & Automation: Skilled in using tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, and Apollo.io for automated sequencing, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Contact Enrichment & Data Research: Proficient in employing tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel, Clearbit, and SalesIQ to locate and verify prospects' contact information.
• CRM & Reporting: Practical experience with Salesforce or HubSpot for monitoring prospect interactions and tracking pipeline progress.
• Languages: Fluency in French and a strong command of English are essential.
• Industry Experience: Previous background in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, or Tech Sales is preferred.
