This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Actively prospect new accounts (outbound) through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify key targets (companies & decision-makers) and create qualified lists.
• Engage with your prospects and generate interest right from the initial interactions.
• Qualify needs and uncover high-potential opportunities.
• Convert incoming marketing leads (inbound) into tangible opportunities.
• Develop effective prospecting approaches and experiment with new messages/strategies.
• Collaborate with the Sales teams to close generated opportunities.
• Follow up intelligently with your prospects to maximize appointment scheduling.
• Manage your activities within the CRM (HubSpot) to track your performance and optimize your pipeline.
• Minimum Bac +3.
• Comfortable with prospecting.
• Persistent and results-oriented.
• Organized in activity management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in prospecting/sales is a plus (including internships or apprenticeships).
• Knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage.
• Meal vouchers of 9 euros per day, with 60% covered by the employer.
• The first Friday afternoon of each month is provided by the company.
• 11 days of RTT.
• 2 days of remote work (subject to a condition of 2 months of seniority).
