This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential leads (companies employing between 150 and 5,000 individuals) through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate the suitability and readiness of both inbound and outbound leads.
• Lead Research: Assist in lead generation by pinpointing relevant companies and contacts.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with your AE/SDR cluster to enhance outreach efforts.
• CRM Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date activity and data within HubSpot.
• Skill Development: Advance your skills through ongoing feedback, coaching, and structured learning opportunities.
• Sales Exposure: Some prior sales or customer-facing experience (internship, student job, etc.).
• Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn rapidly and implement feedback effectively.
• People-Oriented: Comfortable engaging with others and managing rejection.
• Language Skills: Proficient in German and capable of collaborating within an English-speaking team.
