Sales Development Representative – Financial Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Make 50–80 outbound calls daily aimed at senior finance decision-makers.

• Engage and connect with CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Finance, and VP Finance executives.

• Evaluate leads using the company’s Magic35 qualification framework.

• Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for senior consultants and sales leaders.

• Create new pipeline opportunities through outbound prospecting, email outreach, LinkedIn interactions, and follow-up actions.

• Keep precise records in the CRM and track activities diligently.

• Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to enhance lead generation campaigns.

• Assist in lead generation initiatives surrounding industry conferences, networking events, and finance-oriented events throughout the APAC region.

• Regularly meet monthly targets for meeting bookings and pipeline creation.

• Establish strong relationships with potential clients throughout the qualification phase.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), business development, or lead generation.

• Demonstrated success in selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, VP Finance, or other senior finance professionals.

• Strong background in outbound prospecting with a focus on high-volume calling.

• Excellent skills in communication, objection handling, and relationship building.

• Experience in booking qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives or Consultants.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• MUST HAVE experience selling in the Australian market.
