This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Conducting outbound telemarketing and cold calls
• Engaging in LinkedIn outreach and building relationships
• Managing email campaigns and executing follow-ups
• Identifying and qualifying business owners and decision-makers
• Scheduling qualified appointments for the client’s senior consultants
• Keeping CRM activity and pipeline updates current
• Collaborating closely with leadership on campaign strategies and messaging
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
• A positive, resilient, and target-driven attitude
• Previous experience in SDR, telesales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and outbound sales tools
