📋 Description

• Perform outbound prospecting utilizing phone, email, LinkedIn, and various sales channels.

• Identify and engage with qualified prospects in the financial services industry.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team.

• Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and demonstrations with decision-makers.

• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems.

• Conduct research on target accounts and tailor outreach campaigns accordingly.

• Consistently follow up with leads and cultivate relationships with prospects.

• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach effectiveness.

• Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPI targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or in outbound sales.

• Strong experience in financial services sales, covering areas such as insurance, lending, mortgages, wealth management, fintech, or banking.

• Must currently reside in the UK.

• Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and setting appointments.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.

• Highly organized, driven by targets, and self-motivated.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
