
Sales Development Representative, EU Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Identify and analyze promising target accounts within the e-commerce, SaaS, crypto-native sectors, trading companies, and digital agencies;
• Create and implement organized outbound marketing campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone across European markets;
• Evaluate inbound leads via discovery discussions and determine product-market alignment;
• Schedule and facilitate discovery meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives and sales leadership;
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent): lead information, notes, pipeline stages, and next actions;
• Monitor and enhance outreach performance metrics (volume, response rates, meetings scheduled, SQLs generated);
• Partner with marketing to fine-tune ICPs, messaging strategies, and campaign targeting;
• Build comprehensive product knowledge across core and advanced financial services to effectively communicate value;
• Regularly test messaging hypotheses and enhance lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the European FinTech, payments, neobanks, or digital banking sectors;
• Demonstrated success in cold outreach including email sequencing, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent);
• Proficiency in Russian is a significant advantage;
• Practical experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools;
• Data-driven approach - you monitor KPIs, enhance performance, and comprehend funnel metrics;
• Interest in payments, digital assets, and regulated financial systems;
• Strong ownership mentality - comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling commercial team environment.
