This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify key target companies and influential decision-makers.

• Implement structured outbound campaigns utilizing various channels.

• Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings.

• Assist in the preparation and follow-up for customer meetings.

• Maintain CRM data using HubSpot.

• Exceptional communication skills in German (C2) and strong proficiency in English.

• Driven, ambitious, and competitive mindset.

• High outreach frequency and resilience when facing rejection.

• Capability to take ownership and accountability in sales processes.

• Comfortable with cold calling and actively pursues it.

• Focused on results rather than merely completing tasks.
