This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement highly focused outbound initiatives (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Investigate and analyze intricate organizations to pinpoint key decision-makers and influencers
• Create and qualify valuable opportunities for Account Executives
• Customize outreach messaging based on insights from the industry, company, and stakeholders
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects
• Ensure accurate CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce) and monitor all sales activities
• Work closely with Account Executives on strategies for account-based selling
• Regularly surpass KPIs such as booked meetings, generated pipeline, and influenced deals
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Development, Enterprise SDR, or B2B outbound sales
• Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise or mid-market organizations
• Experience interacting with C-level and senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and account-based selling (ABS/ABM)
• Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)
• Exceptional communication, research, and objection-handling abilities
• Strategic thinker with keen attention to detail
• Experience in SaaS, Tech, or complex B2B solutions is strongly preferred
