This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Identification of relevant target companies and decision-makers
• Execution of structured outbound campaigns via phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
• Generation of qualified leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives
• Assistance in preparing and following up on client meetings
• Maintenance of CRM data in HubSpot and precise documentation of all interactions
• Contributions to the continuous improvement of lead generation and outreach strategies
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch (C2) along with strong English proficiency (C1-C2)
• Practical experience with B2B clients in the Netherlands
• High level of performance orientation and competitiveness
• Strong activity levels and perseverance even in the face of rejection
• Motivation for rapid improvement in sales
• Suitability for cold calling
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and curious
