This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of creating a brand-new outbound pipeline targeting enterprise accounts throughout South America.
• Actively pursue and penetrate named accounts through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and innovative strategies.
• Consistently engage with organizations and connect with high-level stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level).
• Develop target account lists and outreach plans categorized by industry (Retail, T&L, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
• Share a compelling SOTI narrative utilizing authentic customer success stories and significant deployments in LATAM.
• Execute thorough discovery sessions to identify business challenges, operational issues, and urgency.
• Rigorously qualify opportunities to ensure only genuine, sales-ready leads advance.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team on account strategies and opportunity development.
• Ensure accurate and organized pipeline tracking within Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve and surpass pipeline generation and closed-won sales objectives.
• 2–5+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in outbound sales within B2B settings.
• Proven success in generating a pipeline through cold outreach methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
• Demonstrated ability to penetrate enterprise or mid-market accounts successfully.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese & Spanish (native/fluent) and English (business level).
• Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers (Director/VP level and above).
• Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology sales is preferred.
• Ability to comprehend business issues and effectively translate technology into value.
• Highly motivated, self-driven individual with a proactive approach and strong sense of accountability.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ZoomInfo.
