This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel the growth of the sales pipeline
• Qualification of leads and outbound prospecting serve as your primary drivers
• Take ownership of your designated territory
• Execute account-based prospecting initiatives, identify target accounts, and engage with key decision-makers
• Ensure every interaction is impactful
• Utilize various channels including phone, email, and social media to connect with prospects
• Collaborate with multiple teams
• Position yourself at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Channel
• Proficient in both German and English
• 1–2 years of experience in sales development, preferably within the software or technology sectors
• Comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels, from C-suite executives to technical teams, with a talent for managing objections
• Skilled in value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead generation, and qualification
• Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
• Flourish in dynamic environments and maintain high standards of performance independently
