This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Propel Deel's expansion by engaging in both inbound and outbound prospecting activities, creating sales leads that can be converted into opportunities and closed deals.
• Gain insights from our experienced sales team and contribute to the development of our exceptional Sales Playbook and Tech Stack.
• Cultivate and educate leads through various inbound or outbound prospecting methods including phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and diverse campaigns.
• Recognize and gain a thorough understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing initiatives, prospect interactions, and the transition to an Account Executive.
• Create email sequences and execute cold calls to identify and penetrate target accounts.
• Perform follow-up calls and emails until meetings are successfully scheduled.
• 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or comparable outbound commercial position.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing targets in a quota-carrying position.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• You possess intelligence and a strong work ethic.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a robust growth-oriented attitude.
• You are proficient in crafting email copy and sequence campaigns that drive conversions.
• You are versatile and comfortable operating in a rapid-paced environment.
• You are a proactive relationship builder capable of collaborating with internal and external teams to enhance processes and communication workflows.
• Experience in an HR or Fintech company is preferred.
• Previous work experience in a fast-growing startup is preferred.
• Experience working successfully in a remote and dispersed team is preferred.
• Native or fluent in English and German.
