This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing email, phone, social media, events, and campaigns specifically for the **ASEAN** Region, targeting the **ENT Segment** (Enterprise, 2000+ employees).
• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients by assessing their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with the sales team.
• Design and implement outreach sequences, including customized email campaigns and cold calls to effectively map and penetrate accounts.
• Engage with existing customers as necessary to uncover cross-sell or expansion opportunities within a specified segment or product (when applicable to the team).
• Educate and nurture leads to facilitate progression toward a qualified meeting or the next step in the buyer's journey.
• Maintain precise and current lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless and effective transition of qualified opportunities.
• Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and other teams to continually enhance lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflow improvements.
• Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contributions.
• Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound commercial role (experience levels may vary based on team requirements).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with prospects across various channels.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote-friendly work environment.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities and outreach tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and finding solutions autonomously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is advantageous.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on growth; adaptable to process, product, or market changes.
• Strong written communication abilities, including crafting persuasive outreach messages and campaign sequences.
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or high-growth startup settings is a plus but not mandatory.
