This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and various sales channels.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers across targeted industries and accounts.
• Create qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the commercial team.
• Develop and manage prospect lists utilizing CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Keep precise CRM records, update the pipeline, and track activities.
• Investigate target companies and customize outreach messages to address industry-specific challenges.
• Work alongside sales and leadership teams to enhance outreach strategies and positioning.
• Contribute to pipeline expansion through regular outbound efforts and follow-ups.
• Remain updated on developments in the energy, sustainability, engineering, and decarbonisation sectors.
• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative in a B2B setting.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
• Energy consultancy
• Sustainability
• Decarbonisation
• Engineering consultancy
• Strong grasp of consultative sales and lead generation methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Highly organized with robust time management and follow-up capabilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by targets.
• Must reside in the UK.
• Access to reliable hardware, a stable internet connection, and a professional remote work setup.
Nice to Have
• Experience in selling consultancy, technical, or sustainability-oriented services.
• Knowledge of outbound sales tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Lemlist.
• Experience collaborating with UK-based clients or commercial teams.
• Familiarity with ESG, carbon reduction, or energy efficiency solutions.
