This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• As one of the pioneering Sales Development Representatives (SDR) at Synera in Germany, you will be the initial point of contact for our prospective customers.
• Your objective: transform curiosity into meaningful conversations — and those conversations into tangible business prospects.
• You will dedicate significant time to phone calls, drafting messages, following up, and navigating through challenging leads.
• Collaborating closely with sales and marketing, you will experiment with various outreach strategies and actively contribute to how Synera presents itself in the DACH region.
• Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Proactively engage with engineering leads and decision-makers through cold outreach — via email, LinkedIn, and phone — achieving approximately 60+ activities daily.
• Create and execute targeted outbound campaigns, working in partnership with the marketing team to continually enhance messaging and strategy.
• Spark interest in Synera's agentic AI solutions through engaging storytelling and value-oriented discussions.
• Strong experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS context.
• Excellent proficiency in the English language (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Additional skills in a European language, such as French, Dutch, or Swedish, are advantageous, as are other language proficiencies.
• A proven record of success (e.g., consistently surpassing quotas across multiple quarters).
• Capability to convincingly pitch complex technical solutions (experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation is a plus).
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully, iterate quickly, and maintain a strong growth mindset and resilience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
• A passion for seeking out and driving new opportunities.
