This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Qualification of inbound leads
• Promptly respond to incoming leads from marketing initiatives, website inquiries, events, and various other sources
• Engage with prospects to comprehend their needs, challenges, and interest levels
• Assess leads against ideal customer profiles and transfer sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
• Nurture early-stage leads through tailored follow-ups and content distribution
• Outbound prospecting duties
• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers within ideal customer profiles
• Implement outbound campaigns through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and additional channels
• Generate interest, schedule qualified meetings, and establish robust top-of-funnel opportunities
• Consistently maintain activity levels and achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline development
• Collaboration and reporting responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Work in conjunction with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead transitions and efficient sales follow-ups
• Accurately track all activities and prospect data in the CRM system
• Share market insights and competitive intelligence to bolster the overall sales strategy
• Based in Malta, able to work standard UK business hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
• Over 1 year of experience in outbound phone sales, SDR, or business development (experience in SaaS and Cybersecurity is preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident phone demeanor with the ability to manage objections
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn) and sales engagement platforms
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets
• Comfortable balancing inbound responsiveness with proactive outbound prospecting
• Open to coaching, adaptable, and enthusiastic about advancing in a sales career
• Capable of building meaningful relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including C-level executives
