This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Execute outbound prospecting utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and various sales channels.
• Recognize and assess potential customers within designated markets.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
• Interact with decision-makers and arrange discovery meetings.
• Conduct research on prospects and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and monitor outreach efforts.
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation initiatives.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in both English and Spanish-speaking regions.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, customer outreach, or related SDR roles.
• Prior experience in a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote setting.
• A background in Education, EdTech, teaching, tutoring, or academic fields is a significant advantage.
• Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach is desirable.
