• Sales Development Representatives are responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel and are tasked with generating new business opportunities.
• Perform research and engage in proactive outreach through various channels, including phone, video, email, social media, and other innovative methods.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Field Marketing to develop programs and events.
• Utilize technology to actively engage with both new and existing contacts.
• Engage in high-level discussions with senior executives.
• Facilitate meaningful interactions for Account Executives.
• Participate actively in team learning experiences and personal growth initiatives.
• Meet quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline advancement.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential.
• Ability to think quickly during conversations and respond to unexpected inquiries with confidence.
• Appreciation for diverse perspectives and enjoyment in collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds.
