This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients within the Benelux region.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Engage with decision-makers and showcase the company's products and services.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain precise records of activities in CRM systems.
• Meet and surpass monthly KPIs and sales goals.
• Establish strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated cold calling or outbound sales experience.
• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (C1–C2 level required).
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with a high level of resilience.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
