Sales Development Representative, Dutch Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Schedule meetings with potential clients to meet our company's goals, focusing on prioritization and personalized outreach to achieve our weekly objectives.

• Generate outbound sales leads, respond to product inquiries, conduct email campaigns to attract new sales prospects, and maintain precise tracking of interactions with current and prospective customers in our CRM.

• Conduct prompt lead qualification before assigning leads to an Account Executive.

• Represent our company's products by developing a thorough understanding and conducting consumer research to determine how our solutions address customer needs.

• Comprehend, adopt, and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling approach: This method emphasizes that the prospect's experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience. Take increasing ownership of client engagement and deal closure.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a strong passion for sales.

• Experience in Sales / Sales Development Representative roles, or any customer-facing position (Sales, Management Consulting, Customer Success) is an advantage.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities (Fluency in English and Dutch is essential).

• Highly organized with outstanding follow-up skills.

• Demonstrate empathy and a passion for understanding and addressing prospects' challenges.

• Capable of influencing others through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.

• Have a strong sense of empathy for customers and a passion for driving revenue and growth.

• Possess a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models and maintain a positive attitude, along with the ability to collaborate within a team.

• Additional skills and experiences are considered a plus.
