This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Reach out to prospective clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.
• Exhibit leadership, showcase effective sales planning, and collaborate positively with both internal teams and external customers.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Collaborate effectively with various sales teams.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the offerings of Abnormal Security.
• A minimum of 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar position (less experience may be acceptable for the right candidate).
• Fluency in Dutch is a must.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with a distributed sales team.
• Ability to understand customer challenges, requirements, and align potential business solutions with value.
• Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple requests and time-sensitive demands simultaneously while meeting production goals from a designated territory or set of accounts.
• Driven, determined, and team-oriented: a strong desire to compete and succeed.
• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
• Practical experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
