This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engage in outreach activities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Conduct research to identify potential leads through networking and market analysis.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Target mid-market and enterprise accounts to create high-value opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of activity to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Build and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and pipeline progress in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events and conferences.
• Continuously refine sales techniques and strategies.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in lead generation or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and building a sales pipeline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach via LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven atmosphere.
• Familiarity with software development services is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
