📋 Description

• In the role of Sales Development Representative at Tenable, you will be pivotal in driving pipeline growth.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and assess both inbound and outbound opportunities that have a direct influence on revenue.

• Conduct strategic research to identify high-potential target accounts for outbound campaigns, generating qualified sales opportunities.

• Respond promptly to inbound leads, transforming initial interest into sales-qualified opportunities and accelerating the creation of the pipeline.

• Work alongside regional sales teams to develop and implement territory attack plans—arranging key meetings and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance the effectiveness of webinars and events—taking ownership of outreach, invitations, and follow-ups to foster engagement throughout the entire funnel.

• Keep accurate and current records within CRM systems to ensure data integrity across your region.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement—enhancing messaging, evaluating new tools, and providing actionable feedback to elevate team performance.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support broader business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development positions, demonstrating a successful history in outbound prospecting and cold calling.

• Capability to excel under pressure—juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with outstanding time management abilities.

• Proficiency in English and German.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
