This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• In your role as a Sales Development Representative at Tenable, you will play a crucial part in fostering pipeline growth.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to pinpoint and qualify both inbound and outbound opportunities that significantly influence revenue.
• Conduct strategic research to identify high-potential target accounts for outbound initiatives aimed at generating qualified sales leads.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, converting initial interest into sales-qualified opportunities and accelerating the creation of the sales pipeline.
• Work with regional sales teams to develop and implement territory attack strategies—arranging essential meetings and product demonstrations.
• Team up with Marketing to enhance the effectiveness of webinars and events—overseeing outreach, invitations, and follow-ups to boost engagement across the entire funnel.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records in CRM systems to maintain data integrity for your region.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement—enhancing messaging, testing innovative tools, and providing actionable feedback to elevate team performance.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required to support broader organizational objectives.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales development roles, demonstrating a successful history in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Ability to excel under pressure—juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding time management abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
