This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Expand the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads from the DACH market.
• Discover opportunities within organizations that can benefit from technology consulting, digital transformation, and IT solutions.
• Maintain and update the prospect database within the corporate CRM.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
• Identify and categorize the target market based on the service portfolio (cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI, infrastructure, digital consulting, etc.).
• Generate leads through proactive outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Assess leads based on BANT/MEDDIC criteria or comparable frameworks.
• Manage and update data in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to enhance messaging, campaigns, and content.
• Evaluate metrics (conversion rate, response rate, MQL→SQL) and suggest improvements.
• Represent the company at trade shows or technology events when required.
• Native proficiency in German, advanced proficiency in English (both spoken and written), and at least a B1 level in Spanish.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology consulting, SaaS, or IT services.
• Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and B2B prospecting techniques.
• Proficient in using automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and sales storytelling abilities.
• Strong results-driven mindset, resilience, and a growth-oriented approach (hunter mindset).
• Self-motivated and proactive individual.
