This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• The markets in Germany and Austria are populated with ambitious businesses constrained by hiring limitations.
• Your mission is both straightforward and impactful: Transform Germany and Austria into WorkMotion Territory.
• You will not merely be making calls or sending generic AI-generated outreach; you will be the creator of first impressions, the investigator revealing growth prospects, and the connector linking ambitious companies with borderless hiring solutions.
• Your aim will be to ensure that strategic high-volume outreach feels both intentional and personalized, making each interaction a stepping stone towards achieving your target of over 20 qualified demos monthly.
• You will become the primary expert on every high-growth company that is essential to know in Germany and Austria, ensuring that when a startup hiring remotely secures Series A funding or a scale-up announces international expansion, you are the first contact they have.
• Identify companies at pivotal moments: whether they have just received fresh funding, are expanding into new markets, or are undergoing rapid remote hiring surges.
• You excel in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI to prioritize your target lists and personas, reaching out precisely when they recognize the need for global hiring solutions.
• Engage in phone calls that foster familiarity; craft written, video, and voice messages on LinkedIn so relevant that they resonate as if coming from a trusted advisor, and send emails that effectively cut through the noise.
• Go beyond single-contact outreach and master multithreading by identifying and connecting with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
• Target high-growth companies that are already hiring remotely or are poised to scale internationally.
• Achieve over 20 qualified demos each month and become an invaluable support to your AEs by demonstrating your strategic thinking, creativity, and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to provide feedback on ongoing market trends and to jointly adapt messaging and targeting strategies.
• Languages: Native-level fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in remote B2B Business Development (BDR/SDR) roles with a proven track record in outbound sales, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
• Outbound Mastery: Comfortable making 100+ calls daily, unafraid to send voice or video messages in LinkedIn DMs, or contact prospects via WhatsApp.
• Strategic Mindset: Experience in researching and prioritizing target accounts based on buying signals and developing systematic outbound strategies that generate consistent results.
• KPI-Driven: Motivation from working towards clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics energizes you, driving you to excel and rewarding you with a sense of accomplishment.
• Self-Starter DNA: Highly motivated and proactive; a quick learner who communicates openly, is eager to explore new methods, and actively seeks feedback to continue growing.
• Location: Must be based within +/-2 hours of the CET time zone.
