This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Prospecting: Develop and sustain a focused pipeline of qualified leads that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Master Outreach: Create tailored cold emails and conduct impactful calls that generate authentic interest and secure demonstrations.
• Demo Booking: Your main KPI will be to arrange quality demos for our sales team.
• CRM Maintenance: Keep comprehensive records of all activities, notes, and insights about leads.
• Follow-Up: Implement strategic multi-channel follow-ups to maintain lead engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team to monitor the sales funnel and devise new strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance our outreach methods by refining prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance metrics.
• Over 2 years of experience in SDR/BDR positions.
• Experience in prospecting within SaaS or Tech companies.
• Native or fluent proficiency in both German and English.
• Background in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and schedule qualified demos through outbound sales efforts.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
