This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Research: Discover high-end beauty establishments (salons, spas, med-spas) that could gain value from Phorest.
• Lead management: Utilize various tools, including Salesforce, Demodesk, and other CRM systems, to oversee and track leads.
• Prospecting: Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and social media to introduce Phorest and arrange meetings.
• Marketing collaboration: Partner with the marketing team on account-based marketing strategies (e.g., gift campaigns, events).
• Outbound campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns for key-account lists to create sales prospects.
• Qualification: Assess leads based on specific criteria and transition them to Account Executives.
• Documentation: Keep precise, up-to-date records of all sales activities within the CRM.
• Messaging: Assist the marketing team in fine-tuning messaging for a cohesive outreach strategy.
• Industry knowledge: Stay informed about current trends to effectively convey the value of Phorest.
• Professional development: Engage in regular training to enhance sales abilities.
• You possess a consistent track record as an SDR and have 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Ideally, this experience is within the SaaS industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex solutions.
• Independent, goal-driven work ethic with a strong motivation to meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Excellent German language proficiency at a native level and confident English skills (minimum B2), as English is the company language.
• Experience in the hair, beauty, or spa sectors.
