Sales Development Representative, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You take the initiative to connect with decision-makers, personalizing your outreach through various channels (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate outbound leads, qualify them, and arrange meetings for sales discussions.

• You demonstrate creativity and actively seek innovative methods for lead generation.

• You spend approximately 90% of your working hours on cold-calling, aiming to make 60 calls each day.

• You participate in trade shows and events to network and engage with potential customers.

• You consistently maintain and update customer information within our CRM system.

• Based on your performance and tenure, you have the chance to advance to an Account Executive position.


⛳️ Requirements

• You are fluent in German (both spoken and written) and possess a strong command of English in a professional setting.

• Ideally, you have some background in a B2B SaaS environment.

• You have at least one year of experience in cold calling or telephone-based customer acquisition.

• You are a proactive hunter—creative, optimistic, and have a vibrant personality.

• You enjoy thinking outside the box and discovering new strategies to achieve your objectives.

• You are confident in picking up the phone to persuade potential customers.

• You are sociable and possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).

• You are enthusiastic about learning and motivated to continually develop while contributing to your team's success.

• You are familiar with some of the following tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot.
