• In this position, you will qualify and engage potential customers, ultimately contributing to sales growth and enhancing our footprint in the DACH region.
• Your objective is to convert interest into opportunities by qualifying warm leads, identifying pain points, and preparing our Account Executives for success.
• Daily tasks will primarily involve communication via telephone, email, and LinkedIn, while also incorporating other methods such as video calls and voice notes. You will employ a question-based and value-driven approach to connect with inbound leads, utilizing our targeting criteria, intent, and signal data to engage accounts that show significant interest in Leadfeeder.
• Our SDRs may occasionally participate in networking events as needed to foster relationships and generate leads, along with attending ad-hoc in-person team-building events and coaching sessions.
• A native German speaker (C1 or higher) with fluency in English is essential for this Sales Development Representative position.
• Prior experience as an SDR or in a related field is necessary; however, we do not expect you to be an expert from the start—you will receive comprehensive training and all necessary tools to thrive, along with a warm welcome into our friendly team.
