Sales Development Representative, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound cold calls and emails.

• Assess client needs and propose suitable products/services.

• Actively pursue new business opportunities within the market.

• Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns as potential sales opportunities.

• Demonstrate leadership, effective sales planning, and cultivate a positive and motivating environment with both internal teams and external customers.

• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Collaborate effectively and work alongside various sales teams.

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Abnormal Security's product offerings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6 months to over 1 year of proven experience as a Business Development Representative.

• Proficiency in German is essential.

• Experience in roles such as Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar (less experience is acceptable for the right candidate).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a distributed sales team.

• Skill in identifying customer pain points, needs, and linking potential business to value.

• Excellent, professional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and time-sensitive demands simultaneously while meeting production goals from assigned territory or accounts.

• Practical experience with various sales techniques (including cold calling).

• Driven, resilient, and team-oriented: a strong desire to compete and succeed.

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
