This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and establish Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) based on industry and use case.
• Generate and oversee outbound prospecting lists.
• Configure and manage outreach tools, including email sequencing platforms and LinkedIn automation tools.
• Compose, test, and enhance cold email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
• Perform daily outbound activities across various channels: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
• Monitor and report on daily activity metrics and weekly pipeline performance.
• Schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth transition into the sales process.
• Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting.
• Assist in establishing benchmarks for success, including conversion rates, cadence, and pipeline quality.
• Demonstrated experience as an SDR in B2B settings.
• Familiarity with similar deal sizes (approximately $2K–$5K AOV) and short sales cycles (2–4 weeks).
• Practical experience with outbound tools such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, or comparable platforms.
• Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn for outbound prospecting and automation.
• Comfortable managing multiple outbound channels concurrently.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to develop structured processes from the ground up.
• Self-motivated and proactive — capable of functioning without a predefined system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Experience in custom products, promotional goods, events, signage, or related fields.
