This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Conduct outbound calls to vacation rental property owners to present our client.
• Evaluate homeowner interest and prequalify leads according to established criteria.
• Establish rapport and respond to initial inquiries or concerns.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for further follow-up and conversion.
• Keep lead information current and organized within the CRM system.
• Effectively manage call follow-ups and lead transitions.
• Engage in monthly KPI evaluations and performance discussions.
• Proficient in Croatian (C2 level) with excellent English communication abilities.
• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Confident in managing objections and engaging prospects over the phone.
• Comfortable utilizing CRMs and lead management databases.
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
