This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Proactively generate, nurture, and finalize new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management.
• Facilitate structured discovery discussions concentrating on quantifiable business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate customer value and position solutions to resolve identified challenges.
• Cultivate and utilize extensive knowledge of assigned solutions, aligning features with customer workflows and use cases.
• Collaboratively develop and implement account growth strategies in conjunction with Account Representatives (ARs).
• Recognize expansion opportunities across various personas, teams, and business units.
• Coordinate with internal resources, including technical experts and partners, to move opportunities through evaluation, negotiation, and closure.
• Confidently advocate for solutions in competitive sales landscapes and effectively address customer objections.
• Engage with and empower partners to facilitate customer adoption, renewals, and growth initiatives.
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota-bearing B2B sales position.
• Demonstrable experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in selling technology, software, or SaaS solutions within a consultative framework.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
