This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting calls targeting real estate investors and borrowers.
• Achieve a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily.
• Schedule and qualify a goal of 10 appointments per day for the sales team.
• Inform prospects about loan solutions for both commercial and residential investment properties.
• Assess borrower needs and collect preliminary qualification information.
• Keep precise records and update the pipeline in the CRM system.
• Consistently follow up with leads through phone, email, and SMS communications.
• Work collaboratively with loan officers and underwriting teams to facilitate deal flow.
• Manage outbound campaigns utilizing US-based dialer platforms.
• Uphold professional communication standards in both English and Spanish.
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) — required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling with a track record of consistent activity and appointment-setting metrics.
• A background in real estate finance, mortgages, lending, or investment property financing is strongly preferred.
• Experience in loan origination, underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage support is highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential investment property loans.
• Practical experience using:
• - CRM platforms: HubSpot, PipeDrive, Go High Level
• - Dialers: AirCall, CloudTalk, or similar US-based dialers
• Excellent skills in handling objections and effective communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven remote sales environment.
