This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Actively create new leads by utilizing cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients within the commercial real estate industry.
• Evaluate leads by understanding their requirements, challenges, and how our solutions align with their needs.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of Rex Cirrus8 products in a customized and engaging manner.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Keep precise records and manage your sales pipeline within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements.
• Follow up with prospects, cultivate relationships, and address objections.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs and sales objectives.
• Continuously refine your approach through feedback, coaching, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging telephone presence.
• An innate ability to establish relationships and connect with individuals.
