
Sales Development Representative – Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound cold calls each day.
• Schedule 3–4 qualified appointments on a daily basis.
• Adhere to a tested cold calling script and dialogue.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, text, and email utilizing the company's CRM system.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to comprehend and express product value propositions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools such as Go High Level.
• A self-driven and goal-oriented mindset with a strong passion for sales.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Several years of experience in cold calling (preferably in the digital marketing sector).
• Comprehensive sales cycle experience—from initial contact to closing.
• Strong preferences:
• Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency sales.
• Acquainted with tools like Apollo, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
• Experience selling to small and mid-sized business owners (SMB).
• Job stability—demonstrated commitment without frequent changes every 6 months.
• This role is NOT suitable for you if you:
• Have no experience in outbound cold calling.
• Prefer only inbound leads or warm outreach.
• Seek a low-effort, low-accountability role.
• Struggle to explain how you manage common sales objections.
• Lack motivation driven by earning potential and performance-based compensation.
