Sales Development Representative – Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Discover new lead opportunities through online research and social media platforms.

• Responsible for executing outbound sales initiatives utilizing a sales engagement platform (calls, emails, social media).

• Oversee outreach efforts directed at leads, current clients, and potential prospects.

• Conduct both cold and warm calls to prospective clients.

• Enhance brand presence by creating educational content on Sales for customers.

• Design and implement multi-channel outreach sequences.

• Arrange appointments for the Sales Team with key decision-makers from potential clients (Managers, Directors, and C-Level executives).

• Keep a record of daily outreach activities, notes, and communication.

• Address all incoming leads and direct qualified leads to the Sales team.

• Support Sales Managers and Account Executives in adding new opportunities as leads.

• Provide comprehensive notes, communication, and resources beneficial for achieving success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of substantial experience in outbound B2B sales/development.

• Ability to lead discussions, foster emotional connections, and gain the trust of prospective clients.

• Outstanding consultative phone skills, including the capability to communicate information to potential customers in a clear, friendly, and engaging way to overcome objections.

• Must possess energy, positivity, persistence, strong follow-up skills, and a professional attitude.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to set work priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple demands.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-team setting (Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing).

• Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.

• Experience with CRMs is preferred.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• Backup connection must support work during power outages.

• Primary Device:

• Desktop or laptop with at least:

• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:

• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

• Must function during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace:

• A working webcam.

• A noise-canceling USB headset.

• A quiet, dedicated home office area.

• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
