This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting initiatives through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and various lead generation channels.
• Identify and engage with potential prospects across designated accounts and industries.
• Create qualified meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Assess leads based on business requirements, decision-making hierarchies, budget considerations, and overall fit.
• Effectively advance qualified prospects through the initial phases of the sales lifecycle.
• Keep precise CRM records, track activities, update the pipeline, and maintain reporting discipline.
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales leadership to synchronize outreach strategies and target accounts.
• Leverage modern prospecting and outreach tools to enhance engagement and improve pipeline generation efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or B2B prospecting.
• Proven success in cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound engagement.
• Consistent ability to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM.
• Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on accurate reporting and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Chinese.
