This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a key collaborator with the Account Executive to facilitate the progression of deals through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct follow-ups in the mid-funnel stage after the Account Executive has presented a demonstration.
• Reschedule missed demonstrations by contacting prospects who were unable to attend.
• Engage with inbound leads who have expressed interest via our website or marketing initiatives.
• Reconnect with previous leads stored in the CRM to initiate fresh dialogues with potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition for every qualified lead.
• Maintain an organized and current CRM system.
• Sales experience is essential – A minimum of 1 year in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary – Experience with tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is mandatory.
