This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Work from any location within LATAM.
• Work Schedule: EST | US Eastern hours (Monday–Friday), with the option to adjust by 2–3 hours for West Coast prospecting campaigns.
• Independently identify qualified leads (physicians, medical networks, sports medicine practices).
• Implement multi-channel outreach strategies via calls, email, SMS, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule a minimum of 10 new qualified meetings each week for account executives.
• Achieve success within 90 days by securing over 50 meetings per month, contributing measurable pipeline revenue for AEs, and proposing at least one proactive process improvement without guidance.
• 1–4 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience with a proven record in cold prospecting ownership (lead list creation, account research, multi-channel outreach — not solely inbound).
• Practical experience with AI-driven prospecting or enrichment tools (Clay, ChatGPT, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or similar) with demonstrable usage in actual campaigns, rather than merely listing on a skills section.
• Established track record in meeting generation: consistent achievement of quotas with 10+ booked meetings per week or 40+/month as documented on CV.
• Experience in executing multi-channel outreach across at least three of the following: cold calls, email sequences, SMS campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) including activity logging and pipeline monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English at C1+ CEFR level (fluency required for direct outreach to physician offices across the US).
