Sales Development Representative, Bilingual Spanish-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Reach out to both potential and existing customers through diverse channels to establish a robust pipeline of leads.

• Foster relationships with prospective customers and assess how the company's products/services align with their needs.

• Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings.

• Organize and maintain a CRM or contact list.

• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation initiatives with the broader sales strategy.

• Establish sales targets to boost revenue and provide reports on sales team performance metrics.

• Develop, distribute, and gather customer surveys, compiling findings into a datasheet or report.

• Perform general administrative duties.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.

• Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate with a bachelor's degree or a relevant certificate course.

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets while effectively managing customer relationships.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.

• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication abilities.

• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Technologically adept and familiar with modern tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.

• Proficient in word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

• Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.

• Technical Requirements:

• USB headset featuring noise cancellation.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer equipped with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps.
